# Huasi: Termination of the acquisition of control over Jingxin Technology, resuming trading on January 14

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huasi (002494.SZ) announced that the company previously planned to acquire control of Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jingxin Technology") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. Since the initiation of this transaction, the company has conducted due diligence on the target party. However, due to the failure of the parties involved to reach a consensus on the matters related to this transaction plan, all parties have decided to terminate the planning of this transaction.

After the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, its stock will resume trading starting from January 14, 2025
