# NanJi E-Commerce: The concerted actors of the controlling shareholder completed a reduction of 0.51% of their shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NanJi E-Commerce (002127.SZ) announced that as of January 13, 2025, the time limit for the share internal transfer and reduction plan of its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Shanghai Fengnan Investment Center (Limited Partnership) ("Fengnan Investment"), has expired. Among them, the reduction of 12.4872 million shares through centralized bidding has been completed, accounting for 0.51% of the company's total share capital; the transfer of 43.8519 million shares to Zhang Yun through block trading has not been executed
