# CTS Logistics: Chairman Wu Chunquan resigns, appoints Director Chen Yu to perform the duties of Chairman

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CTS Logistics (603128.SH) has reported that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chairman Mr. Wu Chunquan. Mr. Wu Chunquan has applied to resign from his position as Chairman of the fifth board of directors and as a member of the board's special committees due to retirement. After his resignation, Mr. Wu Chunquan will no longer hold any position in the company.

In accordance with legal regulations and the company's Articles of Association, the company's fifth board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Chen Yu, a director and the general manager, to act as the chairman at the twenty-fifth meeting of the board
