According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ClinPlus (301257.SZ) announced that the actual controller Lai Chunbao intends to increase his shareholding in the company within six months from the date of this increase plan announcement, through methods including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading. The amount of this increase plan will not be less than RMB 6 million and not exceed RMB 9 million (inclusive)
