# Teladoc Health's stock price rises in response to partnership with Amazon

According to Zhitong Finance APP, healthcare technology company Teladoc Health (TDOC.US) announced on Monday a partnership with Amazon (AMZN.US), allowing eligible Amazon customers to register for Teladoc's diabetes, hypertension, prediabetes, and weight management programs through Amazon's Health Benefits Connector (formerly known as the Health Status Program). Boosted by this news, Teladoc's stock rose nearly 9% in pre-market trading on Tuesday.

It is worth mentioning that the two companies have previously collaborated.
