# Hoshion's controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hoshion (002824.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Li Jianxiang, holds 96.135 million shares of the company, accounting for 34.44% of the total share capital. Mr. Li Jianxiang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.3734 million shares (i.e., no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from February 13, 2025, to May 12, 2025 (excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited according to relevant regulations)
