According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huada (603358.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 44% of Jiangsu Hengyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Hengyi") through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. The Shanghai Stock Exchange's restructuring committee will hold the second merger and acquisition restructuring review committee meeting of 2025 on January 14, 2025, to review the company's application for this transaction.
