# Hylink and its actual controller are under investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hylink (603825.SH) announced that the company and its actual controller Su Tong received the "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 10, 2025 (CSRC Case Filing No. 0142025002, CSRC Case Filing No. 0142025004). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to file a case against the company and its actual controller Su Tong in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China
