According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wuhan Lincontrol (688667.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 51%-100% of Jiangsu Aoyikes Automotive Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aoyikes") through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting January 16, 2025 (Thursday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 5 trading days
