# Ridge: Appointed Zheng Qi as Chief Financial Officer

According to the announcement from Ridge (300977.SZ), the company will hold the third meeting of the third board of directors on January 15, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer. Nominated by President Huang Xinhua, the board nomination committee and the board audit committee have approved the appointment of Zheng Qi as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the third board's term. From the date of the board's approval of Zheng Qi's appointment as the Chief Financial Officer, President Huang Xinhua will no longer act as the Chief Financial Officer
