According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huitong Group (603176.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, intending to grant 15 million shares of restricted stock to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 3.21% of the company's total share capital at the time of the plan announcement. Among them, 12.695 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with 100 recipients for the first grant, and the grant price is set at 2.26 yuan per share
