According to the announcement from INZONE GROUP (600858.SH), the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 43.5 million and 65 million yuan for the year 2024, a year-on-year decrease of 70% to 79.92%.

In the same period last year, the company's subsidiary, INZONE GROUP Dezhou Mall Co., Ltd., transferred its real estate and ancillary assets located at 588 Jiefang Middle Avenue, Dezhou City, through a public listing at the Shandong Property Rights Exchange Center, which increased the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, resulting in a decrease compared to the same period in the reporting period
