# TECHSHINE reserves 295,000 restricted shares for 4 incentive recipients

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Tianshan Electronics (301379.SZ) will hold the 14th meeting of the third board of directors and the 13th meeting of the third board of supervisors on January 16, 2025. The meetings will review and approve the proposal on granting reserved restricted stocks to the incentive objects of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan, determining January 16, 2025, as the reserved grant date, with a grant price of 9.56 yuan per share for 4 incentive objects to reserve 295,000 shares of restricted stock, with the remaining 4,600 shares becoming invalid
