APLUS: Lang Haitao becomes a shareholder with over 5% stake

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST APLUS (300163.SZ) has recently received a "Transfer Registration Confirmation" from Lang Haitao, the bidder for the judicial auction shares of Xu Peifei, a concerted actor of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lu Xianfeng. It has been confirmed that the transfer registration for the 9,689,300 shares of the company that were auctioned has been completed.

After the completion of the transfer registration for the judicial auction shares, Lang Haitao holds 27,061,823 shares of the company (accounting for 5.71% of the company's total share capital), becoming a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares
