According to the announcement from NJGK (600064.SH), from October to December 2024, the company's real estate business achieved a contracted sales area of 14,200 square meters (all for commercial housing projects), an increase of 189.80% year-on-year, and achieved a rights contracted sales area of 13,800 square meters (all for commercial housing projects), an increase of 360.00% year-on-year; the contracted sales amount reached 422 million yuan (all for residential and parking space projects), an increase of 103.56% year-on-year, and the rights contracted sales amount reached 407 million yuan (all for residential and parking space projects), an increase of 263.12% year-on-year.

From January to December 2024, the company's real estate business achieved a contracted sales area of 18,700 square meters (commercial housing projects 18,300 square meters, affordable housing projects 400 square meters), a decrease of 92.66% year-on-year, and achieved a rights contracted sales area of 16,900 square meters (commercial housing projects 16,600 square meters, affordable housing projects 300 square meters), a decrease of 91.81% year-on-year; the contracted sales amount reached 620 million yuan (residential and parking space projects 619 million yuan, affordable housing projects 1.3954 million yuan), a decrease of 67.59% year-on-year, and the rights contracted sales amount reached 546 million yuan (residential and parking space projects 545 million yuan, affordable housing projects 1.1163 million yuan), a decrease of 65.66% year-on-year
