# WIT DYNE: Shandong Guotou Company is planning to reorganize and integrate with Shandong Talent Development Group

According to the announcement from WIT DYNE (000915.SZ), the company received a notice on January 17, 2025, from Shandong State-owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (the controlling shareholder of the company's controlling shareholder, Shandong WIT Holding Group Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Guotou Company") regarding the restructuring and integration that Shandong Guotou Company is planning. This matter will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder, nor will it result in a change in the actual controller of the company
