# LISI GP HOLD appointed Frazier & Deeter as the auditor

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LISI GP HOLD (00526) announced that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective January 17, 2025. The reason is that the company and KPMG failed to reach a consensus on the audit fees related to the audit of the group's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Fuhui Mazars Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's auditor, effective January 17, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by KPMG's resignation, and to serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
