MINAMI announced that the company's shareholder Ganzhou Jingye plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,628,840 shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, through centralized bidding or block trading, starting 15 trading days after the announcement
