# DOOK plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2.8% of the company's shares

DOOK announced that its shareholder, Dook Enterprise, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 11.2087 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, accounting for no more than 2.80% of the company's total share capital
