# HYC's actual controller plans to invest between 25 million and 50 million yuan to increase shareholding

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HYC (688001.SH) announced that the company's actual controller, Chen Wenyuan, plans to increase his holdings in the company using his own funds through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within three months starting from January 20, 2025. There is no price prerequisite for this increase, and the amount of increase will not be less than RMB 25 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 50 million (inclusive)
