ZZNode announced that it expects a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for 2024 to be between 24 million and 36 million yuan, a decrease of 53.76% to 69.18% compared to the same period last year; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 18 million and 27 million yuan, an increase of 23.73% to 85.60% compared to the same period last year. The main reasons include a decline in revenue from software development business and related expense expenditures, as well as impairment of long-term equity investments and goodwill in joint ventures
