According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Longmaster Info-tech (300288.SZ) has announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Wei, along with his concerted party, Guiyang Longma Investment Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership), plans to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 3,379,500 shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
