# SC Pharmaceuticals expects to incur losses in 2024 and revenue to be below 300 million yuan, and may face delisting risk warnings after disclosing its annual report

According to the announcement from SC Pharmaceuticals (002693.SZ), it is expected that the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2024 will be between 55 million and 80 million yuan, with a net loss of 58.37 million to 83.37 million yuan after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, and operating revenue of 150 million to 190 million yuan.

According to preliminary calculations by the company's finance department, the company expects a negative net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the 2024 fiscal year, and the operating revenue after deductions will be below 300 million yuan. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, the company's stock trading may be subject to delisting risk warnings (with the stock abbreviation prefixed by "\*ST") after the disclosure of the 2024 annual report
