On January 17th, the new Consul General of Canada in Shanghai, Jennie Chen, and her delegation visited WanFeng Group for an inspection and held discussions with WanFeng Group's President and Chairman, Chen Bin. Business Consul Jennifer Lai and Investment Officer Sam Kong accompanied the visit. Chen Bin stated that WanFeng will further enhance the production capacity of Diamond Aircraft at its Canadian production base. Following the introduction of the new DA50 and DA62 models, they are planning to introduce the world's first all-electric aircraft to Canada for certification and production after obtaining certification in Europe (ESSA), supplying the North American and South American markets. There are also plans to introduce eVTOL to Canada to consolidate its leading position in the global general aviation industry
