Nanjing Public Utilities Development released a performance forecast, expecting the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the year 2024 to be between 39 million yuan and 56 million yuan, an increase of 143.20% to 162.03% compared to the same period last year. In 2024, the company's operating performance is expected to turn from loss to profit, mainly due to: on one hand, the number of projects meeting delivery conditions this period has increased compared to the same period last year due to different delivery schedules of real estate projects; on the other hand, influenced by project location factors, the gross profit of real estate projects delivered this period has increased compared to the same period last year
