The "Outline" consists of 11 parts, corresponding to overall requirements, "Eight Major Systems," comprehensive reform, and organizational implementation. First, the overall requirements clarify the guiding ideology, work principles, and main objectives for building a strong education nation. Second, it shapes a new pattern of moral education, cultivating a new generation that undertakes the great task of national rejuvenation. It proposes to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in schools in the new era, enhance the systematic research and interpretation of the Party's innovative theoretical system and its application of results, expand the space and platforms for practical education and online education, promote students' healthy growth and comprehensive development, create high-quality teaching materials that root and forge souls, enlighten wisdom, and popularize the national common language and writing
