# Renmin University professor: The US stock market is "big 庄股，" and the largest 庄家 is the Federal Reserve

Recently, at the China and World Economy Forum at Tsinghua University, Zhai Dongsheng, the director of the Regional and Country Studies Institute at Renmin University of China, stated that U.S. stocks are "big 庄 stocks," with the largest 庄家 being the Federal Reserve.

He believes that as long as the dollar hegemony continues to exist, the value of U.S. stocks will be continuously pushed higher, and sharp declines are buying opportunities.
