# JIAXING GAS invested RMB 89 million to increase its stake in the Jiangsu commercial and residential project by 13.5%

JIAXING GAS (09908.HK) announced that it intends to acquire a 13.5% stake in Xingzhou Jiayuan from an independent third party, Yancheng Xiangyuan, for a cash consideration of RMB 89 million. Upon completion, the company will hold a total of 40% equity in Xingzhou Jiayuan, which owns a commercial and residential development project located in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of approximately 130,827 square meters
