# Qiming Information's actual controller promises not to reduce holdings in the company's shares until 2025

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Qiming Information (002232.SZ) has received a letter from its actual controller, China FAW Group Corporation, stating "Regarding the Non-reduction of Shares in Qiming Information Technology Co., Ltd."

Based on confidence in the company's future development and recognition of its intrinsic value, and to enhance investor confidence, maintain market stability, and protect investor interests, China FAW Group Corporation commits not to reduce its holdings in the company in any way in 2025. During the aforementioned commitment period, any new shares obtained by China FAW Group Corporation due to capital reserve conversion to share capital, stock dividends, rights issues, or additional issuances will also comply with the above commitment
