The change will take effect on January 24, 2025. The company has completed the sale of KraussMaffei Group GmbH in Germany, and "Klaus" is no longer suitable as the company's name and stock abbreviation. At the same time, the company name has been changed to "Sinochem Equipment Technology Co., Ltd." After the asset sale is completed, the company's main business will focus on chemical equipment and rubber machinery, belonging to the equipment industry.
