# HUARONG INT FIN plans to rename itself as "Xinkong International Capital Limited"

According to the announcement from HUARONG INT FIN (00993), the board of directors recommends changing the company's English name from "Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited" to "XinKong International Capital Holdings Limited," and changing the company's Chinese secondary name from "华融国际金融控股有限公司" to "信控国际资本有限公司." The proposed name change is subject to approval by shareholders at a special general meeting through a special resolution, as well as the approval from the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda for the proposed name change
