According to the announcement from Victall (605001.SH), the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of between RMB 43.9779 million and RMB 65.9668 million for the year 2024, representing a year-on-year decrease of 82.85% to 74.28%.

The main reason for the decline in performance is the impact of non-recurring gains and losses. In the same period last year, the company acquired Teijin Automotive Technologies (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. (now renamed "Victall Automotive Technologies (Tangshan) Co., Ltd.") at a discount, resulting in an extraordinary income of approximately RMB 260 million, which increased the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company.
