COSCO SHIP TECH announced that the company intends to transfer 50% of its equity in the Guye Joint Venture Company through a public listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with a listing price of RMB 10.3252 million. The registered capital of the Guye Joint Venture Company is RMB 30 million, and the company holds 50% of the equity. The operating income of the Guye Joint Venture Company for the year 2023 was RMB 199 million, with a net profit of RMB 6.0315 million; from January to May 2024, the operating income was RMB 97.2704 million, with a net profit of RMB 4.4683 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in the Guye Joint Venture Company
