# CHINA WUYI signed an agreement for the Congo (Brazzaville) Mongo 1200kt/a potash fertilizer project with ECEC

According to the announcement from CHINA WUYI (000797.SZ), the company signed a "Construction Engineering Framework Agreement" with Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. ("ECEC") on March 15, 2013, regarding the Congo (Brazzaville) Monga 1200kt/a potash fertilizer project. Subsequently, the company signed a "Construction Engineering Contract" with ECEC. The framework agreement and construction contract are collectively referred to as the subcontracting contract, and the project has been suspended to date due to the owner's funding chain break.

After friendly consultations, the company signed the "Congo (Brazzaville) Monga 1200kt/a Potash Fertilizer Project Agreement" with ECEC on January 16, 2025
