# Macquarie downgraded New Oriental's stock rating twice

Macquarie has downgraded the ADR rating of New Oriental Education & Technology Group to underperform (analyst Linda Huang's previous rating was outperform), with a target price of $44, implying a potential decline of 5.8% from the latest closing price.  
 The H-share rating of New Oriental Education & Technology Group has also been downgraded to underperform (Linda Huang's previous rating was outperform), with a target price of HKD 34.30, implying a potential decline of 27% from the latest closing price
