Wuhan Lincontrol announced that the company is planning to acquire 51%-100% equity of Jiangsu Aoyikes Automotive Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment. According to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from January 16, 2025. The original expected suspension period is no more than 5 trading days. As of the date of this announcement, all parties involved are actively promoting various aspects of this transaction, and the company expects that it will not be able to resume trading on January 23, 2025. After applying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stock will continue to be suspended from trading starting from January 23, 2025, with the expected continued suspension period not exceeding 5 trading days
