> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZIJING INTL FIN announced that on January 22, 2025, the company plans to issue 1.79 million subscription shares to Mr. Zhang Zhilong, with a subscription price of HKD 0.50 per share, representing a discount of approximately 10.71% compared to the closing price of HKD 0.56 per share on that day. The net proceeds from the subscription are approximately HKD 850,000, intended for the group's general working capital
