# SZPRD issued a pre-loss announcement, expecting a net loss of 1.03 billion to 1.2 billion yuan for the year 2024, turning from profit to loss year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SZPRD (000011.SZ) released its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 1.03 billion and 1.2 billion yuan, a shift from profit to loss compared to the previous year. Reasons for the performance change: During the reporting period, the revenue recognition amount and gross profit margin of the company's real estate business decreased; at the end of the reporting period, there were signs of impairment in the company's real estate development projects. Based on the principle of prudence, the company hired an asset appraisal agency for preliminary assessments and impairment testing of the projects and made provisions for asset impairment in accordance with relevant accounting standards
