# NAR: Signed an investment intention agreement to acquire control of Jiangxi Lanwei Electronics Technology Company

NAR announced that the company has signed an "Investment Intent Agreement" with Jiangxi Lanwei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, the company will invest in the target company by acquiring a portion of the equity held by the seller and simultaneously increasing the capital of the target company. After the completion of this investment, the company will hold no less than 51% of the equity in the target company, thereby gaining control of the target company. The specific equity transfer ratio and capital increase amount will be clarified in the formal transaction agreement. The main product of the target company, bonding wire, is used as a semiconductor packaging material and is applied in fields such as integrated circuits, power devices, and LED chip packaging; the main product, special fine enameled wire, is used in audio and video cables, headphones, watch movements, and micro motors
