According to the announcement from Allmed (002950.SZ), the company plans to use its own funds and special loan funds for stock repurchase to repurchase a portion of the A-shares issued by the company through centralized bidding. The total amount of repurchase funds will not be less than RMB 50 million and not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 11.00 per share (inclusive). The repurchase period will be within 12 months from the date the company's board of directors approves this repurchase plan
