# BOFAY plans to raise no more than 146 million yuan through a simplified procedure for a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOFAY (001255.SZ) has announced a plan to issue stocks to specific targets through a simplified procedure for the year 2025. The issuance will target no more than 35 specific investors, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 146 million yuan. The net amount raised, after deducting relevant issuance costs, will be fully invested in the annual production project of 70,000 tons of motor insulation materials
