# Weima: Chongqing Weichuang plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1% of the company's shares

Weima announced that its shareholder, Chongqing Weichuang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 945,000 shares, which is no more than 1% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the repurchase special account, within three months after the announcement date and starting from fifteen trading days after the announcement
