According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Weihua New Material (603310.SH) announced that in order to further expand the company's investment layout in the fluorochemical industry chain and emerging industries, it plans to invest RMB 100 million with its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Weihua New Material Investment Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration)
