# Due to a significant provision for goodwill impairment, CTFO expects a net loss of 1.03 billion to 1.28 billion yuan for the year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CTFO (002373.SZ) disclosed its performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 1.03 billion yuan and 1.28 billion yuan; the net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 950 million yuan and 1.15 billion yuan.

At the end of 2024, the company conducted a preliminary impairment test on the assets belonging to each company within the scope of the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Enterprise Accounting Standards" and the company's accounting policies, while also considering the company's business development and external economic conditions. Following the principle of prudence, it is expected to make impairment provisions for some of these assets, with the total amount of goodwill impairment provisions for 2024 estimated to be approximately 700 million yuan
