# SRIBS Group: Appointed Xia Bing as President

According to the announcement from Shanghai SRIBS Group (603153.SH), the company has received a written resignation letter from its director and president, Zhu Lei. Zhu is applying to resign from the position of president due to reaching retirement age. After resigning from the aforementioned position, Zhu will continue to serve as a director of the company until the current board's term expires.

In accordance with the Company Law, Articles of Association, and other regulations, the company's first board nomination committee meeting and the twenty-fifth meeting of the first board of directors held on January 23, 2025, approved the appointment of Xia Bing as the company's president, with a term starting from the date of board approval until the expiration of the current board's term
