According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, FW FASHION INT (02528) has announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, ShineWing Certified Public Accountants (Hong Kong) Limited (ShineWing) has been appointed by the board of directors as the new auditor of the company, effective from January 23, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
