LME announced that the company's director Feng Zhenggang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 790,000 shares, accounting for 0.65% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading methods within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement date due to personal funding needs. The reduction price will not be lower than the company's initial public offering price. Mr. Feng currently holds 3.1934 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.64% of the company's total share capital. This reduction plan complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not lead to a change in the company's control
