WSDINFO announced that its shareholder Congwei Consulting, holding more than 5% of the shares, possesses 6.52 million shares of the company and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.1201 million shares through collective bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
