According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sanfeng Environment (601827.SH) intends to transfer 51% equity (controlling interest) of Chongqing Sanfeng Urban Environmental Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengfu Company") held by the company to its indirect controlling shareholder Chongqing Water Environment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Water Environment")'s wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Sanitation Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanitation Group"). The actual payment made by the Sanitation Group for this equity transfer is RMB 70,077,009.29, and the payment method is cash payment
