PHOENIX PROPERTY announced that from October to December 2024, the company's contracted sales area of commercial housing was 11,400 square meters, an increase of 32.72% compared to the same period last year; the contracted sales amount of commercial housing was 266 million yuan, a decrease of 10.76% compared to the same period last year. This year, the main contracted area was 6,945.25 square meters in Zhenjiang and Yiju, with a total amount of 77.0778 million yuan; in the same period last year, the main contracted area was 4,303.21 square meters in Nanjing Zijin and Xufu, with a total amount of 234 million yuan
